وصف الوظيفة:

دور مسؤول الدعم الفني يتمحور حول دعم عمليات قسم تقنية المعلومات في الشركة ومن المهام الرئيسية:

• تركيب وتهيئة وصيانة أجهزة الحاسب الآلي والملحقات والشبكات.

• تقديم الدعم الفني اليومي للمستخدمين وحل المشكلات التقنية المتعلقة بالأجهزة والبرمجيات.

• طلب القطع والمخزون اللازم لقسم تقنية المعلومات.

• تحسين وصيانة أنظمة أمن المعلومات، وضمان كفاءة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات وأمنها.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات، هندسة الحاسب,علوم الحاسب أو في مجال ذي صلة، بخبرة لا تقل عن سنة في منصب مماثل.

المهارات والجدارات المطلوبة:

• الدعم الفني  (format, join domain, AP, Printer,…)

• الشبكات  (Azure Active Directory, servers, DHCP, DNS, office 365 and cloud,…)

• الحماية  (Firewall and Antiviruses)

• مهارات التواصل والتعامل مع فريق العمل

• أداء المهام بكفاءة وإدارة الوقت بشكل فعّال والالتزام بالمواعيد

• إتقان للغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، تحدث وكتابة)

Job overview:

As a Technical Support officer, your role will revolve around our IT operations, Including:

• Installing, configuring, and repairing computers, peripherals, network and such.

• Providing users with IT support as well as troubleshooting issues,

• Order stock and necessary parts.

• Provide support in IT security systems improvement, maintain and upkeep.

Qualification and experience required:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science or in a relevant field, with minimum one year's experience in similar position.

Skills and Competencies required:

• Technical support (format, join to domain, AP, printer, …)

• Networks (Azure Active Directory, Servers, DHCP, DNS, Office 365 and Cloud, …)

• Security (Firewall and Antiviruses)

• Good communication and teamwork ethics

• Task oriented with great time management skills

• Good English proficiency (Speaking, reading and writing).
