Job overview :
As a Key Account Manager, your role will revolve around identifying, Establishing and retaining clients in the Saudi market, Achieving sales targets by understanding the solution we provide as well as the market and clients needs, Respond to customer inquiries, resolve their concerns and provide feedback, in addition to what the position entails.
Skills and Competencies required:
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion, Understand customer needs and requirements
- Deep knowledge in local markets and stakeholders
- Clients oriented with a solid negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to establish and maintain customer relations
- Deliver product demonstrations to customers
-Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting sales targets
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends
- Full English and Arabic professional proficiency (Speaking, reading and writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft office 365 as well as data analysis and sales metrics
